Lake Murray SC Fishing Guide

If you wish to harvest fish that you catch please bring a large cooler (90qt).  I ask that you leave the cooler at the landing in your vehicle until the trip is over to save room on the boat.  I will have ice and coolers for the fish and drinks on the boat.  

The boat will normally have water but please bring your own drinks, snacks and food.  I will have iced coolers that you can use.  Small coolers can be accomadated on the boat but please keep all large coolers in your vehicles.

SC fishing from Oct-May can be dangerously cold.  Please bring layers of clothing and gear capable of blocking wind.  GoreTex is preferred but if you don't have it be sure to dress in layers.  You can always take it off!  

It gets hot in SC during the summer months.  Please make sure you have appropriate protection against the intense sun.
